The skating party at Wollman Rink for the Lower and Middle Schools was a wonderful community event. Thanks to the Parents’ Association for making this a possibility.

It ended up being a good thing that we postponed this from the previous week since the weather was perfect with a full moon showering good fortune and calm joy over the event. Kris and I so enjoyed meeting and talking to lots of people and watching this peculiarly New York scene: a skating pond amid the trees of Central Park towered over by the buildings on Central Park South. It was a great event with a wonderful community feeling.
